Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and respective rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users in relation to the use of Pixkit (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Service Description)

Pixkit is a free browser-based image processing tool that provides the following features:

• Image resizing (single and batch)
• Image cropping (free ratio and fixed ratio)
• Image rotation and flipping
• File format conversion (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, HEIC)
• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF to image conversion
• Watermark addition (text and logo)

All image processing is performed within the user's web browser, and images are not transmitted to external servers.

Article 3 (Use of Service)

The Service is available to anyone free of charge without registration. Data communication charges incurred from using the Service are borne by the user.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Infringing on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of others using the Service
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Creating or distributing illegal content using the Service
• Abusing the Service's features to perform automated mass processing

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights for the Service's design, source code, logo, etc. belong to the operator. Rights to images processed by users through the Service belong to the users themselves.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.
• The operator is not responsible for quality changes or data loss that may occur during image processing.
• The operator is not responsible for inability to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
• Users are responsible for the content and use of images processed through the Service.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The operator may add, modify, or suspend the Service's features. Significant changes to the Service will be communicated through in-service announcements.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other platforms to cover operating costs. The operator is not responsible for damages caused by advertisements.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

These Terms may be modified in accordance with changes in relevant laws or service policies. Amended Terms will be posted on this page and take effect from the date of posting.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
